2. Description of Services


BRIDGEBOTS provides automated marketing solutions designed to organize business contacts and save time by automating sales and marketing tasks in one system, including but not limited to text messages, sending emails, and making phone calls. This marketing software is intended for entrepreneurs and businesses. Functionality includes Contact Manager (CRM) with Smart Lists, Email, 2-way SMS, Outbound Calling, Call Tracking, Call Recording, Form Builder, Survey Builder, Funnel Builder, Website Builder, Online Scheduling, Automation Campaigns, Reporting, and more.



3. Account Registration


You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.



4. User Responsibilities


You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You shall not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the service. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.



5. Fees and Payment


Services are billed on a subscription or project basis as outlined in our pricing plans. Payments must be made on time to avoid suspension or termination of services. BRIDGEBOTS reserves the right to change pricing with prior notice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.


6. A2P Messaging and Text "Ramp Up" Times


A2P Messaging:

The Client acknowledges and agrees that any use of Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging services provided by BRIDGEBOTS shall comply with applicable laws and regulations. The Client is responsible for any fees associated with A2P messaging, including, but not limited to, charges for sending and receiving messages.

Text "Ramp Up" Times:

The Client understands and agrees that there may be a "ramp up" period when initiating or increasing text message campaigns. During this period, additional charges may apply to ensure compliance with carrier guidelines and to optimize message delivery rates. The Client agrees to bear any such costs incurred during the ramp-up period.



7. Rebilling Charges for Email, Text, AI, and Related Services


Rebilling Charges:

The Client agrees to be responsible for all charges incurred from the use of email, text messaging, artificial intelligence, and other communication services provided by BRIDGEBOTS. These charges may include, but are not limited to, fees for message delivery, AI usage, data processing, and any third-party service fees. These charges will be rebilled to the Client on a monthly basis, with payment due upon receipt of the invoice.

Payment and Dispute Resolution:

The Client agrees to pay all rebilled charges in accordance with the payment terms specified in this Agreement. In the event of a dispute regarding any charges, the Client must notify BRIDGEBOTS in writing within 30 days of the invoice date. We will work with the Client in good faith to resolve any disputes. Failure to provide timely notice will be deemed acceptance of the charges.



8. Fraudulent Chargebacks


Chargebacks and Disputed Payments:

The Client acknowledges and agrees that any chargebacks or disputed payments deemed fraudulent or unwarranted will be subject to immediate resolution. The Client agrees to bear all costs associated with resolving such disputes, including any fees or penalties imposed by payment processors. BRIDGEBOTS reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of unresolved chargebacks or disputed payments.



9. Your Information


When you purchase our products, services, or consultations, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, and phone number. This allows us to support and fulfill the products and services you've requested.


When you browse our website, we may automatically collect your computer’s IP address to help us understand your browser and operating system for the purpose of improving user experience.

Email Marketing:

With your permission, we may send you updates, training materials, strategy guides, free and premium content (such as blog posts, quotes, YouTube videos, reports, and more), and event notifications.

Video & Audio Recordings:

All video and audio recordings, including any related graphics, content, or text, are the sole property of BRIDGEBOTS (formerly Automation Agency). We reserve the right to use this content for marketing, case studies, testimonials, dispute resolution, and showcasing results provided to our clients.



10. Consent


By providing personal information to complete a purchase, verify a payment method, or request services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in these Terms.


When subscribing to newsletters or other marketing communications, we will request your explicit consent and always provide an option to withdraw it.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Arizona.
